upgraded software Version 3.0.

The current version, without any number associated, which is running at present customers is now onwards referred to TeleOSS version 2.0. Also,any proposal which doesn’t mention version number will be considered as for TeleOSS version
2.0.
TeleOSS version 2.0 which will be phased out gradually. The phase out plan of the same will be separately communicated to the existing customers.
